Initially we signed up for 7Across because you could be a member without paying a membership fee. This allowed us to search the inventory for what we could do if we decided to bank a week or get a bonus week, etc.
After some time, we felt it was to our ‘advantage’ to purchase a Gold Advantage... which allowed us more opportunity to get the exchange we were looking for! …. I like that the exchange is a week for a week - simple! simple! And we’ve enjoyed all the properties we have stayed in – in fact, they exceeded our expectations.
Their customer service is second to none as far as we are concerned! Every time I call 7Across, the Getaway Guides are very friendly and do their best to assist us to find a vacation destination to suit our needs. If I email or leave a voice mail, the response time is very quick, most times within the hour.
