Here are my top 3 favourite timeshare resorts me and my family have visited –
Don Pancho Beach Resort – Bargara - This is one of my family’s all time favourite Time Share resorts. The resort itself is fairly basic but very clean & comfortable but right on the Kelly’s Beach. My son, who was 11 at the time we went spent hours on the beach with a fishing net trying to catch a fish. We went to the beach after dark and watched the turtles hatch. As Bargara is a little quiet town we feel we spend quality family time with out going far from the resort. It reminds my husband and I of our family holidays as children. You can make use of the resorts bikes and board games free of charge.
Boambee Bay – Coffs Harbour – We only stayed for a long weekend and didn’t leave the resort. The facilities are fantastic we played tennis, lawn bowls, squash, giant chess, my husband and son made use of the free canoes to go out on the water. The Indian restaurant on site was delicious and there was also a café where you could get snacks in the afternoon. The swimming pool is the best I’ve seen in timeshare a lagoon style and we spend lots of time using it.
Tangalooma Island Resort – Tangalooma Island The location is fantastic right on the beach, we went sand tobogganing, my son had his first helicopter flight which he was delighted with, my husband and son snorkelled over to a shipwreck that’s on the island. In the evening we sat on the grass and watched the sunset. We watched the dolphins being fed. The rooms were a bit dated but very clean and comfortable.
