Star Cottage in Pentlepoir, near Saundersfoot, Wales is a charming one bedroom cottage for two guests, with a 4 star rating by the Wales Tourist Board.
Accommodation includes a cosy lounge with TV & DVD Player, sofa bed and dining table. The kitchen area is very well equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster & kettle. The cupboards are well stocked with kitchen utensils, saucepans and oven to tableware. There is one bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and hand basin. The cottage is centrally heated throughout.
On site there is ample parking available and a patio area with garden furniture.
Star Cottage in Pentlepoir, Wales is situated just two miles from sandy beaches, rocky coves and beautiful coastal scenery. The village has ample amenities within walking distance including a post office and general store, petrol station and two friendly pubs with restaurants, including a Chinese restaurant and a family pub/restaurant within a ten minute walk. It is one mile to Saundersfoot, which is a seaside/harbour town with ten pubs/restaurants. Many of our guests walk to Saundersfoot but it's all up hill on the way back! Wiseman's Bridge beach is two miles and has a popular pub/restaurant. Amroth beach is three miles and has three pubs/restaurants. Tenby is also a very pretty harbour/seaside town and is four miles. It too has many pubs/restaurants (too many to count). Narberth, a market town, is five miles from here and has about six pubs/restaurants
Pembrokeshire has plenty to offer, whether you want to walk the 186 miles of coastal path which offers spectacular scenery or just enjoy the beaches with your buckets and spades! The area boasts many theme parks to entertain the children such as Folly Farm, Oakwood, The Dinosaur Park and many more. Many are within ten minutes of the cottages.
This part of Wales has a fascinating Norman history and where better to see it come to life than a visit to one of its many castles. Manorbier and Pembroke are especially impressive. A car is essential to fully explore all this lovely area of Pembrokeshire has to offer guests.
