Three Cliffs Cwtch is a newly renovated annexe with double room, en-suite and its own living/dining area and private garden. It consists of a double bedroom, en suite, with a modern, fully tiled shower (with double shower cubicle,) WC and basin. There is a lounge/diner with kitchenette, providing a compact dining area. The kitchen includes a hob, combi oven/ microwave/ grill plus integrated fridge. Patio doors lead to a private garden with outdoor seating area. Patio doors open onto a private patio and private garden area. You are in a great spot to watch the sunrise.
The annexe is located within easy reach of beautiful Three Cliffs Bay and Southgate village.
Three Cliffs Bay (which has been voted 'Britain's Best Beach) is within close proximity, we are also within a short walk of shops and cafes/pubs. A paradise for walkers and nature lovers... Pennard castle is a short walk enjoying fabulous views of Three Cliffs and a perfect spot to watch the sunset. You will be in a perfect location to explore the best of the Gower.
Based on the beautiful Gower Peninsula, an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, we are close to one of the most photographed beaches - Three Cliffs Bay, which is ten minutes walk away. Close to the coastal path, plus lovely woodland and a golf course, plus nearby shops and cafes. Nearby activities include: horse riding, rock climbing, fishing (for free) golf and more.
