Maesmawr Farm Resort is a small, friendly, Holiday Park in Mid Wales boasting 360 degree panoramic views of the surrounding mountains & countryside that form the picturesque Severn Valley. Within an easy walk is the village of Caersws, with 3 pubs / restaurants, a café, local produce shop, post office, 2 convenience stores, traditional butchers, fish & chip shop, petrol station and railway station.
Lodges - offer a superior leve of accommodation, boasting generous and stylish living space, tastefully furnished and decorated to a high standard. Complimentary robes, slippers and fluffy towels are provided too. Outside there is a large sun deck with sunken jacuzzi hot tub and barbeque area.
Studio Pods - with all the luxury of a lodge these cute and extremely quirky Studio pods are compact with a cosy lounge area which converts into a romantic sleeping area, a fully fitted kitchen, separate dining area and ensuite shower room. Complimentary robes, slipper and fluffy towels are provided also. Outside is a large sun deck with a private , jacuzzi hot tub and seating area.

The local village of Caersws is a short walk away offering a range of facilities, shops, railway station, restaurants and pub. Fishing is available on the River Severn and access to the famous 'Severn Valley Way'.
Explore the many local quaint villages with their black and white timbered Tudor buildings, the grandeur of Powys castle or discover the heritage of Gregnog Hall with its national treasures of art and artefacts gathered by the Davies sisters who sought to bring art, music and creactivity to the people of Wales. Montgomeryshire is a treasure box of delights for nature lovers and explorers. On the doorstep is also mountain biking, fishing, clay pigeon shooting, walking and rambling. If you want to visit the coast it can be reached within 45 minutes.
Rural retreat, with a golf course being located directly behind the eace & tranquillity, Maesmawr Farm Resort offers the perfect park, the River Severn a short walk away for fishing and pony trekking centre, paintballing, rally school and shooting all within a short drive.
The coast is within a 45 minute drive to Aberystwyth, Aberdyfi or Tywyn whilst the historical county market towns of Llanidloes, Newtown, Welshpool and Montgomery are only a short drive away. Llanidloes and Newtown both boast a range of museums, art galleries and exhibitions and Newtown is also the home to Theatre Hafren where you can view productions of dance, music, pantomime or stand-up comedians. The area is ideal for walking and cycling and the resort is located on a major cycle route.
