Resort overview
Perched atop Sunset Ridge on beautiful St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands, are six lovely and quiet personal villas that take full advantage of their hilltop locale. The villas provide you with commanding views 180 degrees to the west. In the evening after a beautiful sunset, watch the lights of St Thomas flicker on or during the day, watch the inter-island traffic in Pillsbury Sound.
Each unit consists of two buildings with a private courtyard between them. On one side of the courtyard is the great house containing a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living rooms with a half bath and sleeping arrangements for two to four guests upstairs with a full bath. A fold-out couch or other arrangements may be available on the main floor to expand the possibilities for accommodations. A private master suite with a full bath is across the courtyard. Both buildings are now air-conditioned for an additional fee.
Televisions are in both the great house and master suite and each unit is equipped with a grill in the private courtyard. In addition there is a large 20-foot by 40-foot community pool with spectacular views of Cruz Bay, Pillsbury Sound and St. Thomas to the south and west. Beautiful St. John is a majestic vacation destination. Explore the National Park. Dive the reef. Go beachcombing or enjoy a night out at one of the island bars. Hire a boat, or catch the ferry for a day in St. Thomas.

Sunset Ridge Villas
Mandatory Environment Tax is 25.00 U.S. dollars per night. Cash or Credit is accepted.
A refundable mandatory security fee of $500 is required if no damages or service calls during stay. This includes: personal meet/greet at dock and guided villa check-in, welcome bag with beverages/snacks, guide books and gift certificate for drinks at a local restaurant.
Resort has the following optional A/C fees: $70/week or $10/day for A/C only in the master room. $140/week or $20/day for A/C in the main house. $210/week or $30/day for A/C in the complete unit. There is no front desk or resort office. You MUST call Sunset Ridge Villas Management Company Cimmaron St John at 340-715-2666 to confirm your vacation. Property manager is available 24/7, with security cameras on-site.
Expect very warm temps in summer months. Finding your way to the Villas can be difficult, even more so in the dark. Roads are very steep with frequent hairpin turns. If you have never been here, we highly recommend renting a vehicle and purchasing our Welcome Package.
