Resort overview

 Travel from sea to sky—that’s just one of the many benefits of a stay at Discovery Bay. Situated near the end of a sinuous, saltwater cul-de-sac just off the Strait of Juan de Fuca, in Discovery Bay, Washington, the resort takes full advantage of its location.

The resort features high-speed Internet access, cable TV, a DVD player, stereo with CD player, a balcony or terrace and a cozy gas fireplace. There’s a jetted tub in the master suite, and a sleeper sofa for extra guests. The resort offers an indoor swimming pool and spa, a waterfront location with beach access, and a tennis court, and facilities for a game of pool or table tennis. There’s a sunbathing deck, an outdoor children’s play area and arcade games.  There’s a boat launch and boat mooring area, too. 

In the area, you’ll want to visit Olympic National Park, and Sol Duc Hot Springs. You’ll want to go crabbing, clamming and fishing. Guests enjoy golfing, shopping in Townsend, kayaking, as well as hiking, picnicking and beachcombing. In winter, enjoy snow sports at Hurricane Ridge. Visit Old Fort Townsend and Port Townsend Marine Science Center. Day trips to Victoria, British Columbia can be arranged (citizenship documents required).
