ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Office is not open on Sunday. All calls will be returned within 24 hours. Check in time is a strict 4:00pm to 7:00pm on your check-in day. This property is not handicap accessible and not suitable for wheelchair accessibility. Multi-floor buildings with no elevator access. No air conditioning in the units.
You will need to contact the Seasons Resort at Sugarbush at least one week in advance to verify that they have received your reservation and confirm that you understand that your check in time is between 4:00pm and 7:00pm. The Seasons Resort at Sugarbush Does Not Under Any Circumstances accept late check ins. Guests who cannot arrive during the established check-in time must call the resort at 802-796-7669 for further instructions.
