Resort overview

Located midway between Burlington and Montpelier Vermont, Bolton Valley is set amid 5,000 acres of Vermont's most spectacular Green Mountain vistas.

Slopeside suites including studios, and one- or two-bedroom accommodations and condominiums featuring one-, two-, or three-bedrooms. All suites and condominiums are either ski-in-ski-out or a short walk to the lifts. Located slopeside and in the heart of the base area village, our true ski-in-ski-out hotel offers 60 traditional hotel rooms. 

Within the slopeside village, you will find dining options including the James Moore Tavern, Fireside Flatbread and The Bolton Valley Deli and Grocery, offering homemade soups and sandwiches plus Vermont products and souvenirs. The village is also home to Honey Bear Childcare and Bolton Valley Sports, a full rental, retail, and repair shop. The adjoining base lodge offers a cafeteria, ski school and ticket sales. Nordic skiing and snowshoeing are located a short walk away at the Bolton Valley Sports Center. With the highest base elevation of any Vermont ski resort, Bolton Valley gets more snow, more often. In addition to skiing and riding from our 3,150-foot summit, Bolton Valley offers unparalleled backcountry and Nordic skiing and snowshoeing on 100 kilometers of trails. Bolton Valley Ski Resort is the perfect vacation location for the entire family. Most backyard activities stop once the sun goes down. At Bolton Valley, they keep the lights on and offer up more night skiing/riding than any other Vermont ski area.
