Resort overview

Villas at Southgate is located in the southwestern Utah desert area. 

The resort is located along the first fairway of the Southgate Golf Course and features fully mature trees and landscaping. All the condos have two bedrooms and two baths and come with a fully stocked kitchen. Each unit has been refurbished to include new kitchens and bathrooms, two TVs, a Bluray/DVD player, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The property features a fitness room, sports court, putting green, and two pools, one for families, and one for adults over 21 only. At the Resort, guests can enjoy the outdoor pool and whirlpool. The resort is located along the first fairway of the Southgate Golf Course with Red Hills, Sunbrook, and Green Springs golf courses located within 10 minutes. Make your golf tee times one to two weeks prior to your arrival.

 The resort is also near Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon. Boating and water sports are available at Quail Creek and Gunlock State Park, both a short drive away. St. George, Utah is located in the southwest corner of Utah, just 90 minutes from Las Vegas, so you will experience a much warmer climate than our friends that have the greatest snow on earth up north! 

Utah is beautiful, and no corner moreso than the desert near St. George. Come experience it all.
