Resort overview

The Lowell Condominiums are a collection of 12 luxury condominiums located in the village center of Park City Mountain Resort near Park City, Utah.

The Lowell at Park City offers spacious two-, three-, and four-bedroom residences ranging from over 1300 square feet to nearly 3500 square feet. Each residence at The Lowell has use of the fully equipped fitness room, outdoor heated lap pool, outdoor fireside hot tub, community lounge and private underground parking. The well-appointed interiors of the Lowell residences feature reclaimed hardwood floors, designer carpeting and slate or granite floors. The gourmet kitchens include Wolf ranges, Sub Zero refrigerators, custom cherry cabinets and stone slab countertops. Baths are stylishly decorated and include Brazilian granite floors, flat pebble shower floors and European glass enclosures; master baths have double sinks and deluxe garden tubs. Bedrooms in The Lowell are large and feature custom painted walls and automatic roller blackout shades. Each unit is air conditioned, has its own washer and dryer as well as owner lockout storage.

The Resort Village at Park City Mountain Resort offers a wide array of amenities for Lowell guests. Restaurants, bars, retail shops and service retailers of all types populate the Resort Village year around. Walk to the lifts from your home-away-from-home for winter ski and snowboard access or summer biking, hiking and thrill rides (alpine slide, alpine coaster, zip lines, etc.). Anything that Resort Village doesn't have can easily be found in Park City's Historic Old Town just minutes away via the free bus or short car ride.
