Resort overview

Inverness at South Padre is a 11-story high-rise resort featuring an outdoor pool and a hot tub on the third level. Other on-site amenities include a beautiful beach and excellent fishing. Laundry facilities are also on site. Water sports and miles of beach make Inverness at South Padre a year-round destination. Only five miles away is a marina that provides boat rentals, ramps, and slips. The fishing is excellent year-round, with daily deep-sea charters. Golf, tennis, horseback riding, and shuffleboard are also popular. Nearby Water Slide Park is fun for the entire family.
South Padre Island, a barrier island on the Gulf of Mexico, has long been known for its moderate climate and wonderful game fishing. Golfers have discovered that the areas has some of southeastern Texas' best courses. And tennis plays find that the dry climate makes playing an all-year round possibility. In fact, beautiful beaches, warm waters, bird watching, shopping, and dining Texas-style have made South Padre one of the country's favorite family destinations.
