Tucked along the shoreline of sparkling Lake Palestine in Flint, Texas, sits Silverleaf's Villages. 



The lake's 100 miles of shoreline and miles of waterways offer an unending selection of vacation fun activities. The Villages offers a luxurious water-oriented club lifestyle. Available timeshare unit types are lodge, presidential, and condo. The most common is a full kitchen, two-bedroom, one-bath unit that provides accommodations for six persons with one queen or king bed, one double bed, and a sleeper sofa. The resort also features rooms with either full kitchens or kitchenettes, game room, and exercise equipment. Rooms also have washer and dryers and a fireplace.



The lake is one of the most beautiful water sport playgrounds in the Southwest and offers visitors miles of shoreline, beaches, water skiing, fishing, and a selection of many other fun activities. Also near by the resort are several museums, including a wildlife museum, model train museum, aviation museum, and a planetarium. The resort itself is also a major attraction, featuring a 19,000 square-foot indoor water park. The water park features a lazy river with whirlpool, four water slides, children's playscape with water activities, gentle wave pool, casual dining area, and more!

MANDATORY FEES: Mandatory Security deposit is $115 USD due at check in. Only Credit Cards accepted.

RESORT FEES: Resort water park amenities fee is $24.95 USD daily for those 4ft & taller. Resort water park amenities fee is $21.95 USD daily for those under 4ft tall. If just observing cost is $10 USD. Those under 3ft tall are free. Only Credit Cards accepted.

POLICY RESTRICTIONS: Minimum age check-in is 21. Multi-floor buildings with no elevator access. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. No smoking in units- smoking could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.

Please contact the resort for indoor waterpark holiday hours at 903-534-8400.  There is a fee to use the waterpark.
