Resort overview

Westover Park is located 10 miles from Gatlinburg and five miles from Pigeon Forge, at the gateway to the Smoky Mountains. 

We have two- and three-bedroom units, with plenty of room for everyone.  A two-bedroom unit sleeps six people, while a three-bedroom sleeps eight, children and infants included.  Each kitchen is fully equipped to meet your needs.  Watch cable shows or a DVD on your flat-screen TV, while feeling the warmth of the fireplace included in some units.  Or sit back in your screened patio or back deck and enjoy the quiet.  Watch the wind blow through the big shade trees.  Stroll the lawns, front and back.  Take a dip in the pool, or take advantage of the tennis court or shuffleboard or play basketball.  Let the kids have fun in the playground while you cook on the barbecue grill.  Rest assured that your vehicle is safe, since most units have garages.  Check your email with free Wi-Fi.  Of course, all units have washers and dryers, and free local and long-distance calling.  All the comforts of home, away from home!

Outdoor enthusiasts will find the possibilities virtually unlimited in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, just a short distance from the resort. A few miles further south is Ober Gatlinburg, where summer visitors can ski on artificial turf and ride an alpine slide. In winter, Ober Gatlinburg offers downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, and other winter sports.
