Located only minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge Tennessee, White Oak Lodge and Resort, formerly Acadia Smoky Mountain Resort, is ideally situated directly on the border of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

White Oak Lodge & Resort Condos
Condos starting with a "1" are on the ground floor and have an air mattress; units with a "2" are on the second floor and have a loft with a trundle bed. No elevator. The resort does require guest checking in to be 24 or accompanied by legal guardian or parent. Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day weather dependent, please bring your own beach towels. RVs & campers are not allowed at this property. One parking spot available in front of each condo, additional parking available near tennis courts. Motorcycles are permitted, but counts as one vehicle - contact property manager for parking instructions if traveling with a motorcycle trailer. Only a starter set of paper products will be provided including toilet paper, paper towels, bath soaps, trash bags, etc. RECONFIRMATION IS MANDATORY. PLEASE CALL MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY BETWEEN 8AM AND 5PM CST THE WEEK OF YOUR CHECK-IN DATE TO GO OVER PROCEDURES. You may check-in at the desk located in the WELCOME CENTER between 4:00p.m. to 6:00p.m. If you are arriving after hours your keys will be in the after hours lock box in front of the WELCOME CENTER labeled with your last name. The code for this lock box is: 0-8-5-2 #. Guests must press the # symbol after entering the code to gain access to the lock box.
