Resort overview
Water Pointe 1 has undertaken an extensive renovation and common area updates in 2020, adding air conditioning to the lobby, repainting the building, refurbishing the lobby and lobby furniture, new plaster & tile in the indoor pool, new lobby bathrooms and keyless building entry. We hope you enjoy the improvements!

Our three-bedroom vacation condominiums are located in the Windy Hill Section of North Myrtle Beach minutes away from live entertainment, championship golf, family water parks and oceans of fun.
With the wide beaches that Windy Hill is known for, an indoor pool, an indoor hot tub, an outdoor pool and of course the ocean, water activities are the focal point.
Since the condominiums are individually owned, you will find attention to detail that will not be found in hotels. Each owner has decorated the unit to meet their discriminating taste as they live here part or all the time.

Water Pointe I has adopted quiet hours between 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. Excessive noise during this time could result in eviction from the property. Noise from televisions, stereo equipment, musical instruments and talking should not exceed the boundaries of the unit. House parties and other loud gatherings are not allowed
Parking is at your own risk and the HOA is not responsible for lost, stolen items or vehicle damage. Parking is limited to two (2) spaces per unit and is on a first come, first serve basis. Vehicles over 20ft long or 7 ft wide, or 8 ft high, passenger vans, campers, trailers and boats should be parked in lot 2 or 3. Commercial vehicles of any kind are prohibited. Motorcycles are NOT allowed, except for registered motorcycles of owner and owner families. Registered motorcycles must be parked in off-site parking lots, not near or under the building.
