Cottages at Shipyard is located near the Brigantine Course at Shipyard Plantation on Hilton Head, 

The cottages are two- and three-bedroom townhouse-style units. Private porches with lagoon and golf views are available. Tennis is available at the Van der Meer Tennis Center. The beach is just a pleasant walk or bike ride away with access through the Shipyard Beach Club. Shipyard's three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath is a charming two-story cottage overlooking a tranquil lagoon. Ideal for couples or small families, each of the bedrooms features a private bath and flat screen TV, plus an additional flat screen TV in the living room. This beach cottage offers a fully equipped kitchen and grill on the back deck. The first-floor bedroom offers a private bath and queen bed. On the second floor is the master suite with king bed and private bath. There is also a bedroom with twin beds and a private bath. A two-bedroom cottage is also available.

Shipyard Plantation is an 800-acre community in the heart of Hilton Head Island that provides a beautiful mesh of residential and resort vacation living. The Beach Club at Shipyard Plantation offers private access for residents, renters and guests. There is also a world-class tennis center, Sonesta Resort, great bike paths, a spa and 27 golf holes. This is the perfect family vacation, golf group outing or weekend getaway. Hilton Head provides 50 miles of public bicycle paths and nature trails.
