Other amenities and services include an on-site restaurant, a 'Get Out & Play'Activities Program, as well as fishing and sailing excursions. The resort also has a tram (operating from April 1 to October 29) that brings guests to the nearby beach where you can lounge at the exclusive Wyndham's beach cabanas or enjoy exciting water sports. When you visit Wyndham Ocean Ridge II, you'll find a variety of options for how to spend a relaxing vacation. Edisto Beach and the surrounding area are considered a prime fishing spot in South Carolina. On the island you can charter a boat to explore the surrounding waters or even learn how to sail from a certified sailing instructor if you choose. The area also boasts several places of interest like the Edisto Island Serpentarium, Edisto Beach State Park and the Edisto Island Museum. Guests can also take an Edisto Island Historical Tour or take a two-hour drive to historic Beaufort, Savannah and Hilton.
