Located in the heart of Newport, Rhode Island, close to shops, attractions, and the harbor, America's Cup Inn has a spectacular location. 



Located in the heart of historic downtown Newport, The America's Cup Inn has seventeen unique rooms and six suites styled with colonial era furnishings and wall coverings. Complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea are included. The main building offers rooms on four floors without elevator access. There are also condo-style apartments in another building, Availability of these lovely two bedroom and studio apartments is on a limited basis due to vacation ownership. Since these rooms are located in a separate building a few steps up the street, guests have their own key to the front door. However, check in and check out are at the front desk of the main inn. 



All condos have cable TV and a kitchenette (except for 502). Apartments 501/502 and 505/506 can be sold as a two-bedroom suite, and 507 is a basement apartment. All rooms have A/C, private bathroom and phone. All prices include a gourmet buffet breakfast. Afternoon tea is available upon request.

Filled with 19th-century mansions which are open for public tours, Newport has a history that dates back to the 1700s, including more than 400 pre-Revolutionary War homes in the area. Savor history and a glimpse of the gilded age!
