This resort offers activities for all guests including an 18-hole PGA golf course, eight clay tennis courts, two hard tennis courts, and heated outdoor pools. The on-site health club includes a fitness facility, a heated indoor pool, two saunas, and two hot tubs. Kids will enjoy the recreation center, which is open every day, year-round. Families can rent movies or video games and play miniature golf. Foxhunt at Sapphire Valley is the perfect location for outdoor activities including fishing, canoeing, and paddle boats on nearby Fairfield Lake. Additionally, horseback riding, hiking, and biking trails offer all-day recreation. Guests can also visit the Highlands Museum of American Cut and Engraved Glass only ten minutes away or mineral and gem museums within a 30-mile drive. In winter the Sapphire Valley ski area has an innovative quad lift, a 500-foot tube run, a ski learning slope, and a ski clothing shop. Snowboarding and downhill skiing are a great way to spend a winter afternoon!
