High atop Beech Mountain, the 4 Seasons lodge awaits you. Situated amidst the splendor of North Carolina's magnificent mountains, 4 Seasons offers you a mile-high world of unspoiled beauty and quiet contentment.
Conveniently located just past the top of Beech, about one mile before the entrance to Beech Mountain Resort. Relax in a spacious lobby with several sitting areas and a large stone fireplace. There's a game room with table tennis, air hockey, foosball, and pool tables with sitting areas and a large TV. Exercise in the fitness room with stairstepper, treadmill,exercise bicycle and weight machine. Accommodations are suitable for groups of four or six and include an efficiency kitchen.
During winter, guests enjoy skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, sledding and snow tubing! Spring, summer and fall offer warmer temperatures for hiking, cycling, fishing, horseback riding, golf, tennis, zip-lining and whitewater rafting! Beech Mountain hosts summer street dances and sunset concerts, while nearby Lees-McRae College presents summer plays. Appalachian State University holds the Appalachian Summer Festival, offering many performances varied between music, theatre, dance, & visual arts! The fall brings breathtaking fall foliage & fall festivals, like Autumn at Oz, the Valle Crucis Fair and the Woolly Worm Festival. Area attractions include Grandfather Mountain, Tweetsie Railroad, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Linville Falls, as well as NC wineries!
