Guests must contact resort mgr at 603-960-9122 no less than 48 hrs in advance to obtain current no-contact arrival and check in instructions. Pre pay security deposit is collected at this time. Failure to do so may result in the inability to check in for the scheduled stay. No front desk service on site. Late check out is not available.
