High atop the rim of the Tahoe Basin and the eastern slope of the Sierra Nevada, Perennial Vacation Club's one-, two-, and three-bedroom condominiums in Tahoe Village are ideally located to take advantage of Lake Tahoe's unlimited year-round excitement.
These beautifully decorated units provide an intimate, cabin-like experience for your mountain getaway. On the property you'll find a picnic and barbecue area. Nearby are mountain biking, hiking trails and Heavenly Ski Resort's ski lifts. Warmly appointed condominiums feature full baths, cable TV, DVD player, complimentary Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and kitchens equipped with microwaves. One-bedroom condos accommodate four guests; two bedrooms are good for up to six, and three-bedroom condos are ideal for up to eight guests.
Lake Tahoe boasts the greatest concentration of ski resorts in the world. This winter wonderland also offers sleigh rides, snowmobile safaris and casino shows and action. Policy Restrictions: Multi-floor buildings with no elevator access. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
General Urgent Information: Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties. High altitude may aggravate certain health conditions.
Additional Information: There are as many as 21 exterior stairs to access 1 bedroom units and 43 - 81 stairs to access 2 bedroom units. The resort is not able to change your units. Accommodations are guaranteed for 48 hours after the designated check-in day, however, notice of late arrival will extend that time. If you do not contact the resort within that 48 hour period after the designated check in day, your reservation will be canceled. If you are sending a guest, providing us with their name will prevent any delay upon their registration. There is a small fee to gain beach access.
