Waldenwoods Family Recreation Resort sits on a beautiful 140-acre spring-fed lake, surrounded by 400 acres of wooded beauty in Hartland, Michigan. This is the heart of the state, close to Ann Arbor, Detroit, Flint, and Lansing.
The Isle Royal is a lovely space with a partial kitchen including dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, two-burner cooktop, full size fridge/freezer, and dinnerware for six guests. There are two bedrooms and a living room with a pull-out couch, all with flat screen televisions. Also provided is a small outdoor seating area, picnic table and fire pit.
Onsite you'll find boating, fishing, hiking and biking trails, barbecues and fish fries, arts and crafts and games. Jump in the Olympic-sized swimming pool, or explore the family center, pavilion, marina, fish-cleaning station, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, basketball, horseshoes, beach, boat launch, kayaks, sailboats and windsurfers, lake trails, children's playground and more. Summer activities include golf, fireworks, hayrides, dances, bonfires, tennis, and beach volleyball.
