Located on the southern coast of Cape Cod, just a short distance from Nantucket Sound and South Cape Beach, Cape Cod Holiday Estates boasts both privacy and luxury. 

Each vacation home is located on a one-third acre lot and features a spacious sun deck or patio. All one-, two- and three-bedroom units are equipped with a full kitchen, heat and air conditioning, a charcoal barbecue grill and tools, two HD TVs and one DVD player. For your convenience, there's a telephone, hairdryer and vacuum.  Two- and three-bedroom units also have a washer and dryer and a whirlpool tub. The resort offers and indoor heated pool, a basketball court, tennis court, and horseshoe you're your family will enjoy the children's playground, and there's shuffleboard, a putting green and a computer room in the lobby. 

 A short trip to the Atlantic Ocean offers excellent boating, fishing and whale watching excursions. While you're exploring the area, don't miss the Cape Cod Central Railroad where you can take an excursion or ride the dinner train, the Heritage Museums and Gardens, the Sandwich Glass Museum, the Falmouth Cinema Pub, and a visit to Mashpee Commons.
