Resort overview

Harbor Ridge Resort is a 40-unit complex overlooking Somes Sound, the Atlantic Ocean, and the mountains of Maine's Acadia National Park.

The townhouses provide three floors of spacious living with views of the mountains and offshore islands. Guests will enjoy tennis, a  game room, fitness center, children's playground, outdoor hot tub, and indoor pool on-site. Most of the units are two-bedroom, townhouses that span three stories and sleep up to six guests. There are also three one-bedroom, townhouses that span three stories and sleep up to four guests. Each three-story, two-bedroom townhouse has a fully equipped kitchen, two-and-a-half baths, washer, dryer, and a cozy living room with TV and a DVD player. Each story has a private balcony with most buildings having a limited ocean view from the top floor. The resort also has a one-story handicap-accessible unit (Unit 51) that has two bedrooms, one bath, a kitchen, and a living room with a balcony. The clubhouse has an indoor heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, game room, and on-site DVD video rentals. You'll have a playground, an outdoor tennis court, horseshoe pits, and charcoal barbecue picnic areas to enjoy. 

Mount Desert Island is a perfect vacation getaway anytime of the year. Summers are busy with many activities to choose from, while the winter months provide a relaxing getaway and fewer crowds. Acadia National Park is not to be missed. Catch a ferry for a ride to the Cranberry Isles or Swan's Island, or head out to encounter whales. Hire a kayak or visit internationally famous Bar Harbor.
