Sea Mist is conveniently located to enjoy the Southern Maine Seacoast allowing easy access to area beaches and attractions. The property features expansive grounds to unwind, picnic & play. Beautiful Southern Maine is home to Sea Mist Resort of Maine, conveniently located for easy access to many area attractions. Visit a variety of local beaches including Wells, Drakes Island or famous Ogunquit (hop on a trolley in-season to avoid beach parking fees). Ogunquit is also home to the breathtaking cliff walk known as Marginal Way. Other worthwhile adventures of the nature walk variety include a visit to Laudholm Farm or The Carson trail at the Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge visitor center…. Or you can opt for a little less nature & walk and shop the quaint villages of Perkins Cove or Kennebunkport. Boat tours are another way to enjoy southern Maine there are lobster and whale tours, deep sea fishing, cocktail cruises and more. Venture a little further to enjoy great historic small cities such as Portland’s Old Port or over the state line into Portsmouth NH. Of course a trip to Maine would not be complete without stopping in to LL Bean located in the quaint town of Freeport.
