Mauna Kai Resort - RHC
Resort overview
Mauna Kai, along Kauai´s northern shore, nestled on a beautiful plateau near romantic Hanalei Bay, is the paradise of Mauna Kai. Winding walk paths pass waterfalls, streams, gardens and ponds that add to the beauty of this resort which features a large recreational pool.
Units are very large and worth the money if you need lots of wiggle room. Even the lanais are huge. Grounds are tropical. The floor plans vary and so does the unit décor. Choose a two-bedroom, two-bath unit that measures about 1,500 square feet, or a three-bedroom, two-bath unit that measures up to 2,000 square feet. Some three-bedroom units have a third bathroom. Each unit has a washer and dryer. There are 46 units. Each offers free Wi-Fi and share a large pool and a communal barbecue area.
For the adventurous, there is a steep path down to Anini Beach, or take the car and head to Hanalei. Princeville was originally planned as a barony of the young Prince Albert, who would never live to see its fruition. The present resort community of Princeville is nothing less than regal with its emerald cliffs overlooking magnificent Hanalei Bay. Two championship golf courses offer challenging fairways and unsurpassed views over the ocean. The coastline is a magical mixture of natural beauty and careful landscaping, with pristine beaches, lush vegetation, crystalline waterfalls and sapphire waters.
Vacation on Kauai this year. Quite simply, you will love it.
