Housekeeping Fees: for 1 Bedroom units "Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 60.00 U.S. dollars for 1 Bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted."The mandatory fee will be charged for less than 7-night stays.

• • All two-bedroom units are two-story townhomes with stairs up to the second floor.
  • Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
  • If arriving after the office closed, pick up courtesy phone outside of office. Phone rings automatically to a front desk agent who is avialable 24 hours
  • No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy.
  • No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties.
  • Office hours are Monday 8:30am to 2:00pm. Tuesday CLOSED. Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 8:3am to 5pm. Thursday 8:30am to 12 noon.
