Mandatory Weekly Resort Fee: $100 +tax, fees subject to change.
No Elevators
Limited Parking: One assigned spot per unit, parking pass provided in unit upon arrival.
Please park in your ASSIGNED spot and hang the parking permit. Cars without a permit will be charged $50 with each infraction and then towed at the renter's expense.
You will find the assigned parking space noted on the confirmation sheet with the lockbox code. There are 2 lock boxes on unit, guest use the lock box on the right.
The Pool Gate Code is 9-5-8-6
Unit will have a starter set of paper products for your use. 
If having any trouble while staying at Maui Sands, please call (do not text) Marietta at 808-205-8880 (Housekeeping/Maintenance) or Global at 800-639-7594. The Maui Sands Office is not open very often and they do not manage our units, so calling Marietta is the best for information about the resort.
