Pono Kai Resort

Resort requires Guest email and phone number on all bookings, to verify arrival NO EXCEPTIONS. Occupancy limits strictly enforced.

Air conditioning in living room only for 1 Bedroom units. Air conditioning in living room and master bedroom only for 2 Bedroom units.

There will be a state TOT tax collected at check in for ALL reservations (Friday arrivals vary see below): Studio = $41.37 1BR Mini = $52.57, 1BR = $74.55, 2BR = $103.81, per unit per week. For RENTAL reservations only, an additional fee will be collected at check in to cover sales tax: Contact resort for details regarding Rental taxes totals. 
Friday Arrivals: 1BR = $56.84, 1BR LOFT = $69.58, 2BR = $74.90
Rates may change with or without notice based on the discretion of the resort.

Pono Kai's pool and jacuzzi will be closed for repairs from September 2025 through November 2025.

Roof Replacement Projects may inconvenience Guests Monday to Saturday between the hours of
8:30am to 5pm. Please contact resort for further questions
