Villa Sunshine is a beautifully decorated, private and well equipped luxury 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom family villa overlooking the 4th Fairway of the very popular golf community of Highlands Reserve. 

The villa has everything you need to have a truly memorable holiday. Located in a superb location, the house offers 2,801 sq. ft. of air-conditioned accommodation over two floors with two master suites, family room, study, formal sitting room, family room and a large swimming pool with deck and barbecue. The house is located on a quiet road of lovely houses and mature trees. There is fast, free internet access. 

Highlands Golf Reserve is located off HW27, 3 miles south from US192 and benefits from the new access road to Disney meaning you can get to the park entrance in about 12 minutes. It has communal facilities including a children's playground, tennis court and swimming pool about 10 minutes walk from the house. Shops and restaurants are a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk.

Just 15 minutes from the entrance gates to Disney, this wonderful villa on Highlands Reserve gives guests the chance to enjoy all the area's theme parks and attractions and then relax in comfort in a large, private villa. Disney World with the Magic Kingdom and Epcot are just fifteen minutes away while Universal's parks are a short trip up the I4. Premium Outlets for the best designer bargains is also 15-20 minutes away.
