Living Accommodation - The open-plan living accommodation includes a family lounge area with ample seating and doors leading to the pool deck. The kitchen and dining areas are nearby and will become the focal point for the whole family. Bedrooms - The Master bedroom has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom with doors leading to the pool deck. Bedroom 2, with a Queen-size bed, sits at the front of the villa, whilst bedrooms 3 and 4, both twin rooms decorated in a style to suit any guest, sit in the middle of the villa. Outdoor Living - The southeast facing pool deck area has a small undercover dining area. Double garage has been converted into a games room with a pool table, fuss ball, air hockey. Sitting towards the front of the established US27 community, Westridge, is The Manors. Completed in 2002, it is split into two sections, North and South, with 300 homes in total. Community facilities on this part of Westridge include a swimming pool with plenty of space for relaxing in the sun, as well as a large undercover area. The clubhouse has meeting rooms, wi-fi, and a fitness centre to help burn off those excess calories. Guests staying here could also use the basketball and tennis courts, located in the main part of Westridge. Disney theme parks are approximately 20 minutes drive away, with Universal, SeaWorld and International Drive all within a 30 minute drive. The I-4 highway is a few miles south of the community and once on it, you can reach the beautiful coastlines of Florida in about an hour. Shopping fans will be keen to visit the Posner Park retail development sitting at the junction of the US27 and I-4, with its wide selection of shops. A 10-screen cinema complex opened late 2015. More shops can be found north along the US192 which is also renowned for its hundreds of family restaurants. Golfers are extremely well looked after in this area as well, Highlands Reserve and ChampionsGate are both with a few minutes drive, with at least 10 more courses with a 15 minute journey.
