Furnishings & decorations: Light and sunny, decorated in neutrals and pastel colours. Comfortably furnished and equipped to a very high standard, with two TVs/DVDs; Cable TV installed.

Outlook & views: Stunning rear views across and down a peaceful waterway and towards a nearby nature reserve.

Principle rooms: Lounge with dining area and breakfast area, both seating 6-8 guests. Kitchen and utility room with all new appliances. Bedroom 1: king size double bed and ensuite with w.c., whirlpool bath, separate shower and double basins; Bedroom 2: Queen  bed; Bedroom 3: twin beds; family bathroom with w.c., bath/shower, double basins; Den with sofa bed.

Outside living areas: Sliding doors lead from the lounge, breakfast area and bedroom 1, and door from family bathroom, lead to lanai (covered terrace) area and pool deck with outdoor furniture. Large heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, all enclosed within pool cage. Gardens to front, sides and rear; area of land to the side in same ownership.

Property Location: Osprey at Rotonda West is on the Gulf Coast of Florida, in a peaceful location by a river and next to a Nature Reserve.

Distance from town: 10 minutes drive from the nearest sandy beach; 5 minutes from supermarkets and numerous local restaurants. 45 minutes drive from Sarasota, 1 hour from Fort Myers.

Area activities: The ideal place for relaxing on the beach, by the pool or for nature watching. The perfect antidote to Mickey Mouse.
