• • All arrivals MUST pre-register with the resort to check in at least 1 week prior to reservation. Failure can result in forfeiture of reservation. There are stairs inside the two- and four-bedroom units. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. All guest certificate holders MUST also pre-register
  • All condos are located 1.5 miles from the lockbox, and there are no shuttle services to nearby attractions. The resort is not suitable for individuals with mobility impairments. All guest certificate holders MUST also pre-register prior to arrival to get the lockbox code for key retrieval.
  • Contact the resort after confirmation of the vacation to coordinate Check-in or request any special needs during your stay.

  • Guest services are available Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm and closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. The lockbox location is at 2777 N Poinciana Blvd., #127, Kissimmee, FL 34746. Only pre-registered guests will be given the lockbox code for key retrieval.
