  • The check-in location is 2777 N Poinciana Blvd., Suite #127, Kissimmee, Florida, 34746. The NEW after-hours phone number is (407) 569-1052. Emergency calls are answered from 5 pm - 9 pm.
  • This resort uses a contactless check-in system. All guests are to pre-register prior to arrival. If you do not pre-register, the resort will not allow you to check in. Please call the resort at 407-396-2744.
  • You must contact office for detailed late check-in instructions. There is a Service Dog damage fee of $200.00 for any guest checking-in with a service dog. Resorts will not be able to handle last minute/same day arrivals. Booking time would have to be at least 48 hours prior to check in.
