Resort overview
Marco Resort & Club is located on the northern tip of Marco Island on the Marco River on the beautiful Southwest Florida coast. The Marco River is a part of the Gulf of Mexico that wraps around Marco Island. This unique little resort is accessible from the mainland by two bridges, and consists of twenty-four one-bedroom, one-bath, fully furnished units with individual central air conditioning. Twenty-two of these spacious units have full kitchen facilities, while two units simply have refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, and blenders. All units have two color TVs, cable, with free HBO. One TV is in the main room and one in the bedroom. All bedrooms have a queen-sized bed and the main room is a combination of living area with a queen-sized sofa sleeper, dining area, and kitchen. All units have telephones with dial-up data ports and voice mail. Local calls are always free. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi service in every room. Every unit is accessed through a screened porch, or as some in Florida call them, a private lanai. Free daily towel and linen exchange are provided and free housekeeping service is offered for stays over one week. The resort offers a heated swimming pool and a hot water spa. Other on-site amenities include free washer and dryer for personal laundry, gas grills, bicycles, boat/fishing dock and 18-foot pontoon boats with a 50 hp outboard motor available for rent to experienced boaters.
