Marbella Villa - Florida is a fabulous, detached, new five bedroom four bathroom home within a tranquil setting on one of the newest, upmarket gated communities. The Villa will comfortably accommodate twelve guests.

Accommodation: The spacious sitting room has comfortable sofas with occasional furniture, next to the formal dining room, with seating for six, with a large supply of crockery, silverware and glasses. There is a stereo system in here, so bring your favourite CDs. The family room has comfortable leather seating, and is adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen and nook area. It has direct access onto the deck and swimming pool. There is a 32"cable television in the family room and dvd player. The day room on the second floor provides either a third sitting room to relax in, play on the Playstation 2 or watch cable television, the day bed in this room converts into twin beds. The games room on the second floor, is across from the day room where you can enjoy a game of pool. There are two large master bedrooms, one is on the ground floor and overlooks the swimming pool and has direct access onto the pool deck. The second one is on the first floor. There is a television and dvd player in one of the masters and a television in the second one. Both master suites have walk-in closets, dressing tables, mirrors, bedside tables, reading lamps and clock radios. Both ensuites have a bath, shower, toilet, vanity unit and hairdryers. There is a further double room on the second floor, which has ample closet space, nightstand, chest, lamps, clock radio and cable television, it also has ensuite facilities with bath, shower, toilet, vanity unit and hairdryer. Each of the twins on the first floor has two single beds, chest, nightstand, reading lamp, built in wardrobes with plenty of space and cable televisions. There is a family bathroom next to these bedrooms, again containing vanity unit, toilet, bath, and shower and hairdryer. 

The Villa is fully air conditioned, with ceiling fans fitted to the sitting room and master bedrooms. All crockery, cutlery, towels and linens are provided. There is also a fully equipped laundry area with separate washer and dryer.

The property also has a wonderful covered swimming pool with spa complete with sun loungers and garden furniture.

Marbella Villa - Florida is ideally located only ten minutes from Disney and the rest of the theme parks that Orlando has to offer. This lovely villa, with private screened swimming pool and spa is situated in the lovely community of Marbella at Davenport with an open aspect over a wetlands conservation area with total privacy to rear. It is in a peaceful location set in a wooded conservation area, having the advantage of being located just off US Highway 27, and close to great restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and the new Leisure and Retail complex of Posner Park. 

Disney is only a ten minute drive away. Easy access to both the I-4 and the US192 enables you to reach all the tourist attractions the area has to offer, yet within 75 miles of the Gulf Coast and its beautiful beaches, and 65 miles to Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Coast. A car is essential at this property to fully explore all the delights of this holidaymakers paradise.
