Resort overview
In the magical Orlando, there is one resort that keeps the magic going--Magic Tree Resort. Located less than two miles from Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom and just minutes away from Epcot Center and Sea World, Magic Tree offers a playground, billiards, a swimming pool and kids' pool, a hot tub, tennis court and half-court basketball. Guests will enjoy shuffleboard, gas barbecue grills, a game room, laundry facilities, a game room and lending library for books. Free Wi-Fi is available in the resort lobby. For family-oriented fun, golf and fishing can be enjoyed nearby as well. Magic Tree Resort offers one- and two-bedroom suites. The one-bedroom suite sleeps four and has one bathroom, one king-size bed, a queen sofa sleeper, full kitchen and a living area. The two-bedroom suite sleeps six and has two bathrooms, one king-bedded room, a room with two double beds, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There is also a full kitchen. All suites have satellite television, direct dial telephones, a VCR or DVD player, coffee makers, air conditioning, radios, and hair dryer. Maximum occupancy in each suite includes children regardless of their ages. Magic Tree is about a two-hour drive by car from Kennedy Space Center. The Atlantic Ocean beaches are also about two hours away from the resort. Proximity to Orlando attractions plus the helpful resort staff make this the perfect place to spend your family vacation.

Lobby hours are 9am-10pm on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. 9am-7pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. After hour check-ins must call resort the day of arrival and confirm reservations. (407) 396-2300
1-bedroom sleeps MAX of 4 persons including infants and our 2-bedroom sleeps MAX of 6 persons including infants. There are NO exceptions due to fire code.
Security deposit of $250 USD (refundable) is required at check-in by credit card only and is subject to change without prior notice.
There is a Mandatory Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) fee of $10 for all 1 & 2 bedroom units due upon check-in and is subject to change without prior notice.
Magic Tree will charge a $150 non-refundable resort fee per unit, per week. This charge is in addition to the refundable security deposit. All major credit cards are accepted. Fees subject to change without prior notice.
You will be given wristbands for every person in your party. These bands must be worn to identify that you are a registered guest. They must be visible, ie: wrist or ankle. If you have gusts for the day, you must bring them to office to receive a guest wrist band.
Pool and Hot Tub close at 10pm.
The resort will supply each room with a basic start up pack. If you need additional items, they can be purchased at Front Desk, or Walmart right next door. Each room is cleaned and sanitize before check-in with an electrostatic sprayer and UV lights. Common areas are sanitized daily. Towels can be exchanged every day at our Commercial Laundry located on first floor between 200 and 300 building- hours 8am to 10am.
