This lovely property has the benefit of a covered swimming pool with spa and a well equipped games room. Accommodation: Large family room with large cable television, home cinema system, dvd player, stereo cd/radio/cassette player, Sony PlayStation 2 with games and a double sofa bed. The dining area, overlooking the pool, has a table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large American fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser, waste disposal unit, electric cooker/hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster, blender and a large range of quality tableware, glasses and cutlery. There is also a telephone with free calls within the United States and Canada. The utility room has a full size washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There are four bedrooms, a master ensuite bedroom one, with king sized bed, walk-in wardrobe, cable television, dvd player and direct access from the ensuite to the poolside. Master ensuite bedroom two, with king sized bed, cable television and dvd player. Bedroom three has a queen sized bed, cable television and dvd player. Bedroom four has two single beds, cable television and dvd player. There is also a family bathroom. The games room has a full sized pool table, air hockey table, table football and competition darts board. The Villa has a large swimming pool and jacuzzi spa with removable toddler screen and furnished deck area The covered porch is perfect for alfresco dining. The property is maintained by a local management company who offer twenty four hour emergency support seven days a week. Highlands Reserve Villa in Davenport, Florida, USA is ideally located only ten minutes west of Disney World, on highway US27, just south of US192. It has easy access to Interstate 4, which means good access to all of Florida's main Theme Parks and attractions, as well as the beautiful beaches of Florida's Gulf and Atlantic coastlines.
