Tropical Sands Resort is a 39-unit Resort on Estero Island. The resort offers two-bedroom, two-bath, 1350 square-foot condominiums. Amenities on property include a heated outdoor pool, an eight-seat spa, work-out room, bicycles (complimentary), video cassette payers, radio/CD players/3 TVs, a washer and dryer in unit, onsite activities and much much more.
Tropical Sands Resort is located near many tourist attractions including the beach, great restaurants, the Thomas Edison Home and spring training for major league baseball. In just a few hours, you can be at Orlando's Disney World, Tampa's Busch Gardens or Miami's South Beach! Your resort manager and staff will be pleased to answer any further questions and respond to your every vacation need. Please do not hesitate to ask for those "little extras" we might be able to provide to make your stay the most enjoyable. The resort is right across the street from the beach and is very close to a special place known as Lovers Key Beach. It's a 39-room, three-floor resort with swimming pool, hot tub and health club on premises. It's a quiet, relaxed environment. Some popular activities on the island include jet-skiing, wind-surfing, parasailing and boating. Visitors can enjoy a full day at the beach and spend an evening enjoying live music and local restaurants.

Tropical Sands Resort
Limited office hours Monday through Saturday from 8:30am – 5:00pm and closed on Sundays. Please note that Check-out is at 10:00am, and Check-in is 3:00pm. If you will be arriving after hours, please contact our office during business hours at (239) 463-1133 or email tropicalSandsResort@gmail.com. Late arrival registration must be completed on Monday morning by 10:00am. Due to limited parking, each unit is allowed one parking permit. Additional parking is possible depending on availability. Arriving guests will NOT be able to check in if they are NOT the primary name on the reservation. As a reminder, the primary occupant of the unit must be at least 23 years of age.
Due to Hurricane damage, all first-floor units are closed for repairs with anticipation of completion on February 15, 2025.
Due to Hurricane damage, the Hot tub is being replaced with anticipation of completion on March 1, 2025.
