Principle rooms: Master bedroom with ensuite, twin sinks, large walk in shower plus oval bath and separate toilet facilities, king size bed and walk in wardrobe. Second double bedroom with large wardrobe. Twin Dolphin bedroom and second twin, the Manatee room. Second bathroom with shower. Lounge/dining room. Family room and open plan, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table. There is also a full size washing machine and dryer.

Outside living areas: Patio doors from the family room lead to the screened swimming pool area/lanai with table, chairs and sun loungers. A door from the master bedroom also leads to the pool area. There is access from the pool area to the outside grassed garden area. The large integral garage is accessed from the kitchen, and is the Games Room, it has a pool table, air hockey, safe dart etc.
