Florida Dunes Magic Villa at Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club in Haines City, Florida, USA is a magnificent three bedroom south facing property, with a private screened swimming pool, to accommodate six guests.

Accommodation: Spacious living room with ceiling fan, digital cable TV, hi-fi, dvd player, vaulted ceiling and PS2 with games. Fully equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, dishwasher, oven, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, toaster and percolator. Dining area to seat six, overlooking the pool and golf course. Three bedrooms, which will comfortably sleep six guests, the master has a double bed with ensuite, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. Games Room with pool table and cues, air hockey, darts,
full set of golf clubs, four tennis rackets and balls. A washing machine & tumble dryer can be found in the garage/games room.

On site there is a south facing, screened, 24ft x 12ft swimming pool overlooking the fairway, four padded chairs, table and two padded sun loungers.

Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club is a 24 hour, security gated community with a 24 hour WalMart within walking distance. There are also many restaurants, shops, fuel and fast food outlets nearby. Eagle Ridge Shopping Mall is only a short drive to the south on US 27.

Southern Dunes has its own lake, tennis courts, children's play area, two large communal pools and a fantastic championship golf course of 7227 yds, which has a string of awards.

With Disneyworld only twenty minutes from the property this Villa makes the ideal base for exploring this exciting holiday destination.
