Centrally located on Florida's east coast "the most recreationally diversified area in the world," is Daytona Beach and Perennial Vacation Club. With its oceanfront location, you'll be ready for the sand, the waves, the greens and the courts.
The comfortable, air-conditioned vacation units feature full bath, TV, DVD player, telephone, and kitchens equipped with stove, microwave and dishwasher. Studios and one-bedroom units sleep four, the two-bedroom unit is good for six people, and the spacious three-bedroom is ideal for up to eight. The oceanfront resort features a heated swimming pool, barbecue grills, picnic tables, and laundry facilities.
Year-round warm weather compliments all outdoor activity. Enjoy a range of water sports along the 20 miles of white sand beaches or the wide reaches of the Halifax River. Listen to the roar of engines at the Daytona 500 Speedway, the rhythm of waves rolling onto the beach, or the satisfying "plunk" of your golf ball settling into the cup. You're not far from some of the world's most famous theme parks - Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World. A brief 40-mile trip will take you to the Kennedy Space Center. With more than four hundred restaurants in the area ranging from fast food to elegant continental cuisine, you're sure to satisfy any appetite. Browse through elegant shops around Fountain Square's picturesque courtyard. Bargain hunters will enjoy the 40-acre Daytona Flea market and Farmers' Market with fresh produce, seafood, and delicious bakery goods.

Perennial Vacation Club @ Daytona Beach
Due to seawall damage from Hurricane Nicole, there is no beach access directly from this resort. The city of Daytona Beach put in a walking path with beach access about 4 minutes from the property. There is parking directly across the street from the walking path if people choose to drive & not walk to the beach.
The key to your unit is available after 4 PM on Saturday. The Registration Desk operates on Eastern Time from 8 AM - 8 PM Saturdays, 8 AM – 5 PM Weekdays & Sundays. Departure is at 10 AM the following Saturday. If you know in advance that you will be arriving late, call our Reservations Department Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, at 386/756-1685. Your accommodations are guaranteed 48 hours after the designated check-in day However, notice of late arrival will extend that time. If we do not hear from you within that 48-hour period after the designated check-in day, your reservation will be canceled.
The resort is closed at least through January 2025 at this time because of damages from Hurricane Milton.
