With a pool and whirlpool on-site, All Seasons Vacation Resort is just as its name implies - the ideal vacation spot winter, spring, summer and fall. Overly spacious units with private balconies also have fully furnished kitchens to include coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware, dinnerware and utensils. Appliances include full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove and oven, and dishwasher. There's a washer and dryer in every unit, and just steps from your door, a heated pool and spa, and a comfortable barbecue area. There's free Wi-Fi Internet access on grounds and in rooms. Two- and three-bedroom condos offer gulf views. It is a short drive from Tampa, and Disney World is an easy day's outing. Florida's west coast is famed for its beaches and accessibility to all water sports. Historic areas such as Tampa's Ybor City and Tarpon Springs, where Greek settlers established Florida's sponge-fishing industry, are nearby. John's Pass offers dining, shopping and bars - all close to the water and fun for all. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in is 4:00 p.m. If arriving after 5:00 p.m., contact us at least one week prior to arrival to arrange for a late check-in. Check-out time is before 10:00 a.m. DEPOSIT: A deposit of $200 per week reserved is required and must be received within 10 days of making reservation or reservation will be cancelled. Major credit cards accepted Visa/MC/Discover/American Express. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. A credit card and signature will be required at check-in, which will be held in lieu of a security deposit. A Damage Waiver which will cover $1,000.00 worth of damage is mandatory for all reservations made with a charge of $35.00 non-refundable flat fee. This does not apply to Owners. $25.00 lockout or lost key fee. No boats or trailers may be parked on the property! One parking space per unit.
