Resort overview

Berkshire on the Ocean is nestled on the golden sands of Delray Beach, Florida. 

Located on the east coast of Florida, between Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale, Berkshire on the Ocean has its own private beach and cabanas in the sand for guests. With just 23 one-bedroom suites, the resort provides a friendly and casual atmosphere in an all-American beach town. Guests can also enjoy the resort's heated swimming pool, putting green and shuffleboard court. Nearby the resort are tennis courts, golf courses, boating, and of course, endless water activities. 
All units at Berkshire on the Ocean are one bedroom suites, which comfortably sleep four people. Units include full kitchens with full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove and dishwasher. There is cable television in the living room and bedroom, and the living room sofa pulls out into in queen size bed. 

Visitors love the quaint, friendly mood of Berkshire on the Ocean and the surrounding town. Downtown Delray has recently been renovated to include upscale restaurants and several boutiques and designer shops, however the small town charm remains. There is almost always something going on downtown, from art and music festivals to annual holiday festivities. Downtown Delray is a great place for locals and visitors to relax and socialize.
