Ashley Manor Villa in Ashley Manor, Davenport, Kissimmee, Florida is a stunning, spacious, four bedroom, three bathroom Villa with its own private swimming pool to accommodate up to ten guests.

The Villa is superbly equipped with a spacious lounge complete with cable television, dvd player and music centre. Dining area. Fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer and all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Two master ensuite bedrooms, both with king-size, six foot beds and televisions Two twin bedrooms, also with televisions. There is also a games room with snooker table. The interior is decorated and furnished to a high standard, fully air conditioned, with ceiling fans in the living area and all bedrooms.

The private swimming pool is approximately 25 feet long and can be heated if required. There is also a covered lanai area by the pool with an outdoor fan and light, with two deluxe sun loungers and a large table with four chairs.

Ashley Manor Villa in the Ashley Manor District of Kissimmee, Orlando, Florida is in a great location, just ten minutes from Disneyworld. Other attractions include Universal and Sea World, approximately 15 minutes drive away. There is a mini-market conveniently located only 500 yards from the property and there is a large Publix supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants about five minutes drive away at nearby Champions Gate.

The Atlantic Coast beaches are one hours drive and the silky sands of the Gulf Coast are one and three quarter hours drive. There are several golf courses nearby including the Greg Norman designed courses at Champions Gate, home of the David Leadbetter Golf Academy. A car is essential to fully explore the area.
