The studio residence and one-bedroom condominium each sleep four. The two-bedroom condominium sleeps eight and features a king bed in the master suite, queen bed in the second bedroom, living room with a queen sleeper sofa, full-size kitchen with granite countertops and breakfast bar, separate dining room table, gas fireplace, private balcony, two full baths including a master bath with jetted tub and separate shower, multiple TVs, a DVD player, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Grand Timber Lodge

The Grand Timber Lodge and Grand Lodge on Peak 7 does charge resort fees.  

This property requires the payment of a nightly resort fee plus tax, which covers the cost of onsite garage parking, shuttle bus service within Breckenridge, and access to the fitness, aquatic and family fun centers. The resort fee schedule is: studio/suites & one-bedroom units: $10 per night; two-bedroom units: $20 per night; three- bedroom units: $30 per night; and four-bedroom units: $40 per night. Members who own at Breckenridge Grand Vacations resorts, and all members who confirm a stay with a check-in date from: Apr. 24, - May 28, 2020, and Oct. 09 - Nov. 19, 2020, do not pay a resort fee.
