Falcon Point Resort offers guests a one-of-a-kind Colorado vacation from the beautiful town of Avon, close to both the Vail and Beaver Creek mountains.

This lodge-styled retreat is surrounded by stunning views of the mountain ranges and sits at the edge of Nottingham Park and Nottingham Lake. Falcon Point features newly renovated studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom condominiums. Each condominium at the resort features charming décor, kitchens, wireless Internet access, and cable televisions and stereo systems. Some units also boast warm fireplaces, giving you a truly restful getaway, especially after a long day of skiing! Falcon Point Resort provides a heated outdoor swimming pool, outdoor hot tubs, laundry facilities and concierge services. A grocery store and restaurants are close by. 

Area restaurants and shops are easily accessible by foot or local transit. Guests also have prime access to world-class winter recreation, as well as warm-weather activities like hiking, fly fishing, river rafting, horseback riding, Jeep tours and cultural events. The closest airports are Eagle (EGE), 30 miles, and Denver (DEN) 129 miles. Ground transportation can be arranged for door-to-door service from either airport to Falcon Point.
