Olympic Village Inn has outdoor spas, a sauna, and a seasonal swimming pool. Relax in a hammock surrounded by the soothing ambiance of water gardens. Experience nature at its finest by taking one of the many scenic hiking trails. The resort happily offers complimentary bicycles too. And seasonally, you can ride Squaw Valley's scenic tram or try your luck at a North Lake Tahoe casino. For winter fun, there's cross country skiing and ice skating. Explore untouched terrain with complimentary snowshoes, and of course the skiing and snowboarding are world famous and phenomenal. The Olympic Village Inn is nestled at the base of Squaw Valley, where the 1960 Winter Olympics were held. Squaw Valley USA has 33 ski lifts, reaching six peaks that provide terrain choices for skiers of all experience levels. Ice skating and cross country skiing are also available. Not just a winter locale, Squaw Valley offers a variety of summer activities including horseback riding, tennis, golf, hiking, and biking. Guests can take a short drive to enjoy boating and fishing on Lake Tahoe, browse in the shops, or try their luck at the casinos.
